By plane

from the airport Stuttgart-Echterdingen (STR):

  You may go by taxi. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the University.
• By city railroad:
  At the airport there is a city railroad station. By the city

By car

from the expressway A8:

From the expressway interchange "Autobahnkreuz Stuttgart" drive on A831 in direction Stuttgart-Zentrum. Leave the expressway at the gateway Universität. At the first traffic light turn left.

After you have found a parking lot, please follow the signs indicating "university center". The institute building (Pfaffenwaldring 47) is located opposite to the exit of the subway station (S-Bahn) (show a map of the route)
